We had some work done previously by Z2 and, following a few issues (which were rectified efficiently) we were offered a free boiler service as a good will gesture. The engineer arrived on time, was professional, very polite and completed the service timely and efficiently.

Excellent service and communication throughout. The fitter did the assessment and replacement of the faulty part. He was courteous, efficient and explained the process, and then completely cleaned up afterwards. We are very satisfied, and would not hesitate to use this company again.

Our shower pump had packed in. Our property has poor water pressure from a hot water cylinder tank. On speaking with a z2 engineer His advice was an unvented cylinder tank installation would solve our problems.having no knowledge of these systems we decided to trust his advice and agreed an installation along with a replacement shower system.Coming in at nearly £2000 we did have reservations as to what the outcome would be.The installation took one day and WoW this has totally transformed our low water pressure issues throughout the house our 2 showers are as strong as a power shower.excelle.
