  Fixed in under an hour. Engineers were polite and respectful. The hourly rate was competitive. There was no attempt to change the original quote for the hourly rate afterwards, or add in surplus costs. Very straightforward.

  A Very Responsive Service

  The workmen were amenable, and the response turnaround time was excellent. A mutually convenient date and time was scheduled. However, the appointment was not recorded, so it had to be rescheduled. I also sent them a photo of the bolt which had become misaligned and was reassured that they carried that bolt and would replace the existing lock with with one of similar quality. I believe that if I had simply got them to realign the bolt, I would have been happier with the service, because they don't make heavy duty bolts of that standard anymore.
