Very happy with the work carried out, I was contact quickly to arrange the visit and the plumber who attended site was always letting me know what was happening, and when I asked if he could look at another issue he was able to and further work has been booked in.

We had a slow leak from a top floor shower causing damage below. We have a multitude of possible vendors attend and provide an estimate for a repair for the Landlord's Retal Agent, but nothing got done. Using Checkatrade led us to 'Your Maintanence Matthers. Good news: 1. Flexed diary to get our job done quickly - our key requirement and super helpful. 2. Fair price 3. Quality advice and work 4. Charming engineer To improve: 1. Join up communications - the engineer had not seen the job brief or video...and had therefore not even bought the sealants needed, so had to go find a stroe.

They took their time getting to the job and the communication was a bit lacking with regard to arrival times but did an extremely good job once there got there.

The team were very accommodating with our issue and communicated clearly and transparently about what was wrong and what was needed to fix it. They were always polite, patient, and worked cleanly, even though the job involved removing old rotten flooring and installing new flooring, they left no mess behind. If we weren’t fully satisfied, they made sure to return and put things right until we were happy. Their aftercare has also been excellent, giving us peace of mind that the work was done to a high standard.

Excellent service provided by Your Maintenance Matters. In communication with several members of the team during my booking and all were very helpful, polite and quick to respond. Great quality of work as well, importantly. Highly recommended! Note: I also needed to ammend the original date agreed and the Team were so helpful to reschedule again and communicate everything so clearly at such short notice, which I've found to be a rare quality with past trade experiences.
