I recently used Your Maintenance Matters to investigate an issue in our family bathroom, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Chesney and Alfie carried out the work, and they were both exceptionally polite, professional, and diligent throughout their visit. Letting people into your home requires a lot of trust, especially when it’s work you don’t have the expertise to judge yourself. These two gave me complete confidence from the moment they arrived. Alfie and Chesney came in and promptly diagnosed the issue, and from there went straight into the job. Within a couple hours they'd completely fixed a serious blockage I have been dealing with for a while quite far down from the pipe work. Very easy to communicate with and very straight forward. Firstly, really helpful and honest support. Rather than just providing a response to the initial request they suggested looking at the root cause issue. This was organised very quickly and the team turned up on time. Service when they arrived was very polite, professional and friendly. Dan was great explained what he was going to do and then what the issue was at the end.

James attended and carried out the repairs promptly and explained what he was doing at every stage. Very polite and professional. Second time we’ve used YMM and would strongly recommend.
