    EICR for property purchase

    Really thorough report which was well presented, and was sent through the same day. William was professional and happy to talk over some queries I had over the phone after receiving the report. Would not hesitate to reach out for any future electrical jobs. The estate agent contacted me last minute to say the seller was no longer going to be able to be present at the previously agreed time and William was able to move around a few jobs to accommodate this which was much appreciated.

    Fire Alarm Inspection

    Understandably they have good response time, however they have expensive service which I did not mind considering it was done within 24hrs. Nevertheless, with all good feedback for electrical installations not good job especially when it comes to fire alarms and safety. I was not happy with service whatsoever (Certificate full of miss spelling) had to call another electrical service company to provide a proper service. Furthermore, I had multiple advisory on the certificate which fire risk assessment and other companies deemed not necessary.
