  Boiler service

  We had our LPG supply and boiler turned off due to a CO alarm sounding, so wanted to just get everything double checked before we turned it back on. CSC Plumbing and Heating were able to come out promptly and on a Sunday which was much appreciated. They communicated effectively, were on time, were efficient, and informed me of a couple of things e.g., the condensate pipe being quite blocked (previous owner probably not had it serviced, we had just moved in), fan likely needing replacing soon, and showed me how to reset the LPG regulator if I needed to turn back on in future. Highly recommend.

  CCTV drain survey

  I arranged a CCTV drain survey ahead of purchasing a property and found 1st Response Drainage to be excellent value compared to other quotes. The report was clear and detailed, and Andy followed up with a helpful call to explain the findings. A couple of minor issues were highlighted, and I definitely won’t hesitate to get in touch once I’ve moved in.

  EICR for property purchase

  Really thorough report which was well presented, and was sent through the same day. William was professional and happy to talk over some queries I had over the phone after receiving the report. Would not hesitate to reach out for any future electrical jobs. The estate agent contacted me last minute to say the seller was no longer going to be able to be present at the previously agreed time and William was able to move around a few jobs to accommodate this which was much appreciated.
