  The Damp Specialists came out to provide a quote. Communication on email was good and very clear. The work was completed on time and professionally. Peter was extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue is payment could not be taken on the credit card without a fee.

  Wonderful company

  Very professional, very clean and tidy and the workmanship was also very very good. My husband is a builder so his standards are very very high, YDS exceeded his expectations which is very surprising as he’s a tough old fella to please lol. Kat was wonderful in the office and Dave was very very good with his knowledge and thermal imaging software to identify exactly where th damp was without any question about it. We had 2 other quotes who said there was loads of extra damp which Dave shown me on his thermal imaging software that it was bone dry. Very honest company. Thanks guys

  Excellent all around

  Very excellent experience with this company. Very well ran, logistically executed. Workmanship was second to none. Quotation was very surprisingly good for the level of service and quality of workmanship. Dave was a gentleman and Kat in the office was so polite and attentive to every part of the process. Would definitely recommend all day every day.

  Super company

  I’m blown away by this company, genuinely. I’d had 3 quotes from local companies and YDS had a price guarantee which basically beat any quote that was like for like, they literally covered all basis, PCA accreditation (don’t use a company unless they have this) insurance backed guarantee for 30 years and 100% money back guarantee. They turned up on time, super clean, had emails all the time updating the process and invoicing, plus text messages. Super clarity on everything. Dave was a great guy and felt super confident with his level of expertise. Good genuine local company.

  Words can’t describe what Dave and his team done for us as a business, they have done 5 properties now for us, as property developers we have used a lot of tradespeople who have never met the standard. This company navigated some seriously tough complex jobs. Fantastic all around and will continue to use Dave and his team.

  A company you can trust

  Had a Dpc completed today, almost all of our downstairs living space needed damp proofing. Apart from a couple of hiccups which were swiftly resolved cannot fault this company, swift response to initial inquiry with David and Dave accessing the property days after.The work had to be carried out while we stayed in the house which was a bit of a hassle but not as bad as I’d feared ,Pete,Blake and Paul the workmen explained the process of what they were doing as and when they did it professional but friendly and approachable and happy in their work and a final shout out to Kat in the office
