Had a Dpc completed today, almost all of our downstairs living space needed damp proofing. Apart from a couple of hiccups which were swiftly resolved cannot fault this company, swift response to initial inquiry with David and Dave accessing the property days after.The work had to be carried out while we stayed in the house which was a bit of a hassle but not as bad as I’d feared ,Pete,Blake and Paul the workmen explained the process of what they were doing as and when they did it professional but friendly and approachable and happy in their work and a final shout out to Kat in the officeVerified reviewerJob location: TS1810 Genuine damp specialists

Amazing company, from the very first point of contact I can’t fault them in any way whatsoever. They were very very knowledgeable. The house was very old and the damp had failed from three different companies that had tried to cure it in the past 4 years. The amount of money I’ve spent has been crazy. Once I’d done my research on accreditations, there’s literally only 2 companies in the whole of Teesside who have the correct accreditations who are legitimate damp specialists, with your damp specialists being one of them. I recommend you seek a second opinion before using Your Damp Specialists. They found 'significant' damp in my house and provided a hefty quote. Another damp professional found no evidence of damp and said no work was needed.Verified reviewerJob location: DL2
