Dave came out, showed us the damp readings and explained the understairs cupboard just needed ventilation, not damp-proofing. He also told us about the independent guarantee which goes with the property if you sell it later. No pushy selling, all questions answered and very patient. Kath, in the office, was quick to answer phone calls/messages. We were kept in the loop & paperwork was issued promptly Phil, who did the work, went through everything. He worked quickly, sent us photos, checked we were happy with the job and worked wonders with an unexpected burst pipe. He was exceptional

Survey was thorough and a detailed report provided. Work was carried out with consideration to my home and specialist was friendly and respectful. Whilst very professional the team were friendly and considerate and done an amazing job. They cleaned as they worked leaving very little cleaning to be done. Fully recommend these guys to anyone dealing with damp issues.

The Damp Specialists came out to provide a quote. Communication on email was good and very clear. The work was completed on time and professionally. Peter was extremely helpful and friendly. The only issue is payment could not be taken on the credit card without a fee.
