On Thursday evening our patio was suddenly, without warning flooded with sewage coming from the kitchen gully. Callum was fantastic - he came out Friday first thing (he was on his way to Wales) and diagnosed the problem, cleared the blockage and had the system running clean as a whistle within half an hour. As a bonus I now know exactly where the pipes go and what the warning signs are if it happens again. The guys were very friendly and knowledgeable. The drain was badly blocked much further down the pipe than anticipated but they managed to clear the line within half an hour and identified an issue with a pipe connection that could have caused it.
