Needed a toilet cistern and flush replacing. Communication was swift and quick to book the call out. They were unable to turn off the water (our fault) so returned a few days later to finish the work by freezing the pipe. Helpful, communicative and fast to get the work done for us.

Callum was friendly and showed good interest in taking on our slightly unusual job. He visited the site and gave me good confidence he could complete the works in a day, which was essential to fit in around opening hours. On the day, he completed the works as planned and dealt with the on-job complications that came up during the day. We are happy with what he has done and are relieved that CheckATrade helped us find someone to do this job for us.

I posted an emergency job on behalf of my elderly parents and received a response within an hour. The job was scheduled for later the same day, which was a huge relief. Small blip when first appointment (which was tight on time) did not work out. But a second one was arranged quickly and this went ahead. Happy that things were resolved quickly, happy with survey and report.

I contacted the company because my late brother's house had had a survey which suggested there was a drainage problem and so the buyer pulled out. As I live 160 miles away from this property I made an arrangement to meet them on site 3 weeks later. The day arrived and I received a message to say that their van had broken down, but they would come in a car and see if they could sort the problem. They arrived and I was impressed with the honest assessment that was made. They completed the works in a very quick time and at a very reasonable cost, A genuine trustworthy business
