We hired this company to carry out roof repairs, however the work completed has left the roof in a worse condition than before. The standard of workmanship was very poor, including poorly fitted tiles, cracked tiles being installed, ridge tiles with large gaps, and missing cement. Overall, the work appeared rushed and not finished to an acceptable standard.

The work carried out was completed to a high professional standard, using appropriate materials and methods. At no point were damaged or cracked tiles installed, and all ridge work was properly secured and finished in line with standard roofing practices.
The claim that the work was rushed or incomplete is simply untrue. The job was carried out efficiently and to the agreed scope. Any suggestion that we left the roof in a worse condition is entirely false.
