  Had a few quotes from different roofers. They all just wanted a picture and gave a an inflated price not knowing what the issue was (basically guessing). These guys came to the property, went up to the roof. They took pictures of the potential problems. This alone made me choose them over the others. Friendly guys. Would definitely use them again
