8.5 Removal and storage of household furniture

The company were busy with other jobs so were unable to keep appointments to review the contents for removal and storage prior to undertaking the job. Despite this they were responsive, courteous, were reliable in terms of keeping the removal appointment including being on time, swiftly removed items from the property with what appeared to be appropriate due care and attention to hopefully avoid damage to items (currently remain in storage), appeared to safely secure in removal vehicle. Bob and his team moved my furniture and home contents into storage for a couple of months until I could move to my new home. They then moved everything into my new house. The service was superb throughout. Great care was taken of everything by Bob and his team, and delivered safely to my new home.
