The company were busy with other jobs so were unable to keep appointments to review the contents for removal and storage prior to undertaking the job. Despite this they were responsive, courteous, were reliable in terms of keeping the removal appointment including being on time, swiftly removed items from the property with what appeared to be appropriate due care and attention to hopefully avoid damage to items (currently remain in storage), appeared to safely secure in removal vehicle. Skilled operators and ultimately appropriately kept to originally agreed payment structure.

Yellow duck were excellent in arranging my house removal.They communicated all the way through , were on time and very helpful and I would recommend them every time.

Excellent service. Helpful, friendly, equipped and efficient. I could recommend to any one moving or removing any items.

Bob and his team moved my furniture and home contents into storage for a couple of months until I could move to my new home. They then moved everything into my new house. The service was superb throughout. Great care was taken of everything by Bob and his team, and delivered safely to my new home. The team were polite and helpful throughout and provided an excellent service which I highly recommend.

Just excellent work. Prompt turn up, packed and unloaded within 4 hours with dismantling and assembly.
