Louis was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He responded to my initial query instantly and came to the house for a thorough assessment of what we needed. Louis was clean and tidy on the day of the install and worked efficiently. After app & control panel started to show a problem with low battery level indicator on the external bell/alarm contacted Louis by phone who arranged appointment to replace. Equipment replaced a.s.a.p. & received follow up phone call a week later to check everything still OK. Without hesitation would recommend Louis. Louis has completed new alarm , door opener and upgrades for my aged mother. Super efficient, work always to a high standard.
