  After some building work and new doors, we had to reset the alarm and Louis was able to do this very promptly and remotely. I was able to contact him through what’s app and although it was a busy Saturday before Christmas, he came up trumps doing it so efficiently :)

  First Class Customer Support / Service Alarm mobile phone app failed to connect to system. Contacted Louis first thing in the morning. Very prompt response, advising of two simple actions: restart phone and internet. Upon completing both actions Mobile App connected successfully. This was the second time I have contacted Louis for out of hours support, upon both occasions Loius responded promptly, guiding me through resolution in a professional and friendly manner. Thank you Louis.

  First Class friendly, efficient and proffessional service from start to finish. Received a very fair quote similar in price to my existing Alarm company but for a vastly improved system which can be controlled by a user friendly App. Louis patiently explained how the system worked and everything was up and running on the same day. I am particularly impressed by the alarm box which lights up brightly at night. So far there has only been one minor glitch which Louis solved by resetting the system remotely and we have had no problems whatsoever since. I would deffinately recommend XTras.

  Contacted this company and discussed my issue ( exiting alarm malfunction). The engineer visited the same day and we discussed my needs for security. Extremely helpful and professional. Great knowledge about alarm systems and requirements. Quote for the work was given within a couple of hours and the job completed the following day. Well executed and very professional job, no mess cleaned away old alarm system. Would highly recommend. Very resealable pricing.
