Excellent job carried out by Louis, very professional and clearly knows his trade well. I am really happy with the new cctv system I have had installed. I would highly recommend Xtras Security Networks for a highly professional service and top workmanship. Louis installed our alarm 2 or 3 years ago, today the alarm has a comms error caused by a blip in the Internet (no issue with the alarm) and needed an installer reset. Texted Louis at 8.30 am and he responded immediately. Although he was out quoting for a customer he said he would fix remotely when at home and within an hour....and he did!! You cannot fault this Guy he is true to his word and extremely reliable, I would definitely recommend Louis if you need an alarm fitting.Verified reviewerJob location: NE13- DDavid G

Job location: NE6louis arrived promptly to fit a new alarm system. he got straight down to work and finished the job quickly.(about two hours) he left the work areas tidy then demonstrated how to operate the system. the alarm system is a wire free one and suits our requirements fine. louis made a good,neat job and we are very happy with the installation. we would recomend his work.10 5 Star Customer Service - replacement of non functioning door sensor

None functioning alarm sensor would not allow the alarm to be set prompting call to Louis, who disabled the sensor remotely enabling alarm to be set. A prompt follow up visit identified the issue with sensor (broken tamper switch) - sensor replaced with upgraded door shock sensor.Verified reviewerJob location: NE710 Good service
