Remove and replace domestic house alarm

Louis came out to check broken system and advised what was needed to replace it. We agreed an installation date and he was here on agreed date. The old alarm and PIRS were removed and he installed new PIRS, alarm box and keypad. He demonstrated how it was to be used and checked that we were happy and understood. Louis is very personable and knowledgeable. Thankyou

Excellent new alarm

Louis came out promptly to quote for a new full alarm system, then fitted it a couple of days later. He was bang on time each visit and kept me well informed throughout. Excellent workmanship, Louis is a perfectionist with attention to detail. Very knowledgeable, work clean and tidy, I would definitely recommend an Xtras alarm to anyone.
