Louis has been carrying out our security system annual maintenance for few years now. He has always been 100% reliable and very efficient. We recently had a new security light fitted which was carried out very professionally and very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

Can’t actually believe the service from Xtras Security Networks never had such quick efficient service ever!!! Now signed up for regular services and I absolutely recommend if you’re looking for anyone use them!!! 😃

Louis was punctual, friendly and knowledgeable. He responded to my initial query instantly and came to the house for a thorough assessment of what we needed. Louis was clean and tidy on the day of the install and worked efficiently. I was really happy with the walk through of the app to use with the alarm system. 10/10 and would highly recommend 👍

Had an alarm installed… Very professional attitude whilst knowledgeable & friendly… excellent service & would highly recommend. Answered all my questions without any hesitation . No mess at all when job was completed & all rubbish etc taken away.

After app & control panel started to show a problem with low battery level indicator on the external bell/alarm contacted Louis by phone who arranged appointment to replace. Equipment replaced a.s.a.p. & received follow up phone call a week later to check everything still OK. Without hesitation would recommend Louis. Efficient, tidy, experienced & offers excellent quality service information.

Louis has completed new alarm , door opener and upgrades for my aged mother. Super efficient, work always to a high standard. Always goes the extra mile even helping out when mam had a power cut and all alarms were going off. Highly recommend.
