Our Immersion heater had packed up, after a call Thursday morning for help to XLS, we arranged for a Friday pm appointment ( we were away over night) , Billy arrived, he gave clear explanations of every step in the analysis process, fixed the problem and gave us a clear pathway to possible next stages if required.
