Our Immersion heater had packed up, after a call Thursday morning for help to XLS, we arranged for a Friday pm appointment ( we were away over night) , Billy arrived, he gave clear explanations of every step in the analysis process, fixed the problem and gave us a clear pathway to possible next stages if required. I could not recommend them more highly, we will most definitely use them again.

Billy was fantastic from the start to finish! Contacted our local electrician to have a rewire done on mine and my wife’s property was very professional and very competitive on price too couldn’t recommend him anymore! Made this part of our project run so smoothly and stress free. Thank you!

We required a number of jobs to be done - upgrading extractor fan, replacing outside socket, fitting new lights, fitting new plug sockets. Billy provided us with excellent advice when we contacted him. He completed all works to an excellent standard and treated our home with great respect. Mark was really helpful right from the start, and worked with us on how we wanted the work done, helpfully coming up with ideas and ensuring the plan would comply with regs. He and his team were always punctual and put in a full day. They were always personable and friendly, which is important when working in your home. Quality of work was good and they often went the extra mile to help with shifting things around, oven installation etc. Final certificate delivered the day they finished.
