Our Immersion heater had packed up, after a call Thursday morning for help to XLS, we arranged for a Friday pm appointment ( we were away over night) , Billy arrived, he gave clear explanations of every step in the analysis process, fixed the problem and gave us a clear pathway to possible next stages if required. I could not recommend them more highly, we will most definitely use them again.

Billy was fantastic from the start to finish! Contacted our local electrician to have a rewire done on mine and my wife’s property was very professional and very competitive on price too couldn’t recommend him anymore! Made this part of our project run so smoothly and stress free. Thank you!
