    Boiler light check

    My neighbour recommended XBG (so named because they are former British Gas engineers) as she had found them to be extremely professional with both service and helpful advice. Their excellent plumber arrived early, diagnosed the problem immediately (emergency light due to faulty battery contact between boiler and digital thermostat) and rectified without delay. Their callout charge was most reasonable. Extremely pleased with a swift, courteous and professional approach, so much do I have booked them for a boiler service in a month’s time and am happy to highly recommend them!

    Fitted new boiler and flue

    Excellent work, had to move flue to a new position and made a great job of fitting the new boiler into my existing cupboard which was tight. Also fitted new pump. Liam did a thorough job, worked really hard and cleaned up afterwards.

    Once again, I cannot fault the service I received from XBG. Aaron is the Gas Engineer who carried out the work. He was efficient yet courteous and friendly. He clearly explained what he needed to do. His report was completed and emailed to me the same day.
