I came back to XBG after having a couple of other plumbing & heating engineers to give my gas boiler it's annual service. The difference is glaring. A phone that is answered by a pleasant & efficient administrator, an engineer who kept me informed of his likely arrival time & carried out a thorough service with a proper test report/certificate on completion. Annual service for the central heating. It’s becoming a calendar event to actually enjoy. All done swiftly and efficiently and with no issues.
