Excellent response for work to noisy boiler

The heating transfer plate was blocked so called XBG to come out after they were recommended to me. Very good and efficient service, friendly engineers. Prices were given upfront which was good. I recommend them and will use them again.

I contacted XBG as they had supplied and fitted a tap for me as noticed that part of the chrome had blown and it was still under guarantee. On the same day one of their plumbers came round to look at it and agreed it was a fault. I was kept fully informed as to what was happening and a new tap was provided and fitted very quickly.
