I have found XBG to be professional,clean and tidy and very friendly.

The engineer phoned ahead as requested, so that I could make sure I wasn't on a work call when he arrived. He then just set about his work in a quiet and efficient manner. Afterwards he explained what he'd done and what potential maintenance might be required within the next 12-24 months. When I said I would be looking to add some Apple Homekit radiator thermostats, he suggested that I get them to put some cleaning solution in my heating system 2 weeks prior to changing the thermostats. That way the system can be cleaned without being drained twice, so saving me money.

Was only a small job but customer service from office staff and plumber was excellent. Will definitely use again.

Another great experience with XBG. I've used them 4 or 5 times now. As usual, very quick to respond and come out. Immediately knew what the problem was, ordered the part, got it within a day and fitted the same week. Super service.
