  Unresponsive After Completing the Job

  I hired this roofer to replace my guttering. Since the work was completed, I’ve noticed that water remains sitting in the gutter after rainfall, which suggests it may not be draining properly. I tried contacting him by SMS, WhatsApp, and email to ask for the issue to be checked, but I have not received any response. Unfortunately, the lack of aftercare and communication has been very disappointing.

  We recently had some roofing repairs done by WW and Sons. I am highly impressed with the overall experience. From the first contact to the final inspection, the team was professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They provided me a competitive quote, talked me through the process, and answered any questions I had with patience and expertise. The team showed up on time and maintained a clean and safe site throughout the whole project. The quality of the work is second to none and I can already tell these repairs have been done to last
