Initial visit for quotation organised really quickly. Quality of work appears to be very good and Billy and his colleague were polite and friendly. Able to start work quickly, delayed by scaffolding. Would have preferred to be kept in the loop more - communication wasn’t as good as it could’ve been, particularly on two occasions when I was expecting someone around and no one turned up. Things don’t always go smoothly, but a quick text would have been reassuring. Nevertheless, the work was completely quickly and left the house and garden tidy.

I hired this roofer to replace my guttering. Since the work was completed, I’ve noticed that water remains sitting in the gutter after rainfall, which suggests it may not be draining properly. I tried contacting him by SMS, WhatsApp, and email to ask for the issue to be checked, but I have not received any response. Unfortunately, the lack of aftercare and communication has been very disappointing.
