  Recently had our hall stairs and landing plastered by WV Damp Proofing & Plastering. Josh did a great job for a great price. He started when he said he would and finished in the time he’d said it would take. The work is to a very high standard and he gave great advice on the things that needed doing. Very happy with the finished result and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone in the future. We’ve previously had two other rooms done by this company and will be in touch when the next ones ready to be done. Thanks a lot.

  Damp proofing and New floor with Joists

  So thankful that I went with WV Damp Proofing and plastering. I had damp on my living room walls and put my foot through my living room floor. After ringing Josh with all my worries and concerns he came around and quickly identified the cause. Josh was very thorough and went through everything with me. He told me how he was going to correct the problem and how long it would take which was only 4 days (2 days for the flooring and 2 days for the damproofing and plastering). His colleague John was fantastic, he was very knowledgeable. Both did an amazing job and at a good price. Thank you.

  Solving Damp issues in 2 rooms

  Came on time to give me an estimate of costs and advised what needed to be done. He was thorough in his investigation of where the damp was coming from and explained the issues. He took pictures of what they were doing and when the job was completed. He was tidy in his work and completed the job on time. A really helpful lad who went over and above to ensure I was happy with the work. Thank you.

  Damp Proofing of extension area

  I contacted WV Damp Proofing for quote to damp proof my extension he responded quickly and visited within a week to assess the works and remedy required and provide a quote. I booked him for the work as was pleased with his knowledge and price. Great contact beforehand, arrived on time and made sure everything was immaculate once the job was complete. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable . will definitely using him and 100% recommend

  Repair, skim and walls in entrance hallway. Skim kitchen ceiling.

  Although not the cheapest quote, I went with VW because Josh (owner) explained thoroughly what the job required and how they would do it. I removed the old wallpaper which made the quote a bit cheaper and saved time. Josh and John ( colleague) arrived on time, 7.30 am They carried out the work to a very high standard even replacing the skirting boards with new which I did not expect. After finishing, they vacuumed and mopped throughout, eventually finishing just before six. Superb job, really nice blokes, if I need any more work of this nature doing I would not even bother with another quote

  Both Josh and John were very efficient with the work they did and were very polite. They were respectful and tidied up well after the job. Me and my partner are very pleased with the work they did and would 100% recommend to anyone else
