  Excellent customer service and communication

  First class service and communication throughout the process. The issue was more complicated than originally thought but despite multiple visits from different people the service from Carl and Susie (in the office) was exemplary. Carl really knows his stuff and could not recommend them more highly.

  Repair to old pipework and powerflush

  Very noisy and clearly struggling central heating. Issue diagnosed as a blocked air separator and sludge. WTS responded promptly with an acceptable quote and accommodated the job before Christmas too. The work on the day was carried out with the minimum of disruption, care was taken to explain the work and the work area was well protected. All working very well since. A splendid job, thank you.

  Really excellent work

  WTS carried out a range of plumbing and central heating work for us recently (new and replacement taps, new central heating control system etc.) and it was all completed on time and to a very high standard. Carl and Sam could not have been more helpful and considerate and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

  Unblock kitchen sink

  WTS plumbing made two attempts to unblock my kitchen sink. The first attempt was only semi successful and problems emerged a month later, so I requested they come back and look again. They came back, same day of my request, free of charge - and successfully unblocked the sink. They managed to remove a large metal object this time, fixing the sink permanently. I was very happy with the customer service and dedication to fully fixing the problem.

  Fitting a new boiler and the annual service thereafter

  We are so impressed with WTS. Not only did they do a superb job in fitting the new boiler 3 years ago but they came up with an imaginative way to solve a hidden problem and promptly dealt with it on a weekend. The price for the job was also competitive and we were really happy to get value for money. Subsequently, we have had the annual service and it’s so good to see Carl and latterly Sam. Both are friendly and professional. We would highly recommend WTS.
