Unblock kitchen sink

WTS plumbing made two attempts to unblock my kitchen sink. The first attempt was only semi successful and problems emerged a month later, so I requested they come back and look again. They came back, same day of my request, free of charge - and successfully unblocked the sink. They managed to remove a large metal object this time, fixing the sink permanently. I was very happy with the customer service and dedication to fully fixing the problem.

Fitting a new boiler and the annual service thereafter

We are so impressed with WTS. Not only did they do a superb job in fitting the new boiler 3 years ago but they came up with an imaginative way to solve a hidden problem and promptly dealt with it on a weekend. The price for the job was also competitive and we were really happy to get value for money. Subsequently, we have had the annual service and it’s so good to see Carl and latterly Sam. Both are friendly and professional. We would highly recommend WTS.

Replace split valve on island sink tap.

It's refreshing to be able to speak or email to someone in an office as opposed to a sole trader who doesn't answer his/her mobile. They not only came but did so after reprioritising other jobs as they felt it urgent. I don't even bother seeking help from anywhere else now.

Installation of new boiler, removal of old boiler, hot and cold water tanks

My boiler broke in the middle of the really cold spell in January- WTS came on the Friday to quote and worked over the weekend to get my new system working

Photos

Both boilers had been given warning labels due to the poor working and risking gas leak.

Very neat work on boiler installation carried out by our engineer, Gary Munnery.

Removed two expansion vessels and installed a large capacity instead. Less to maintain for future.

New Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 boilers. They look very smart and are efficient.

All the old pipework taken out due to possible weak joints and over crossing would not allow full access to lagging the pipes.
