WTS carried out a range of plumbing and central heating work for us recently (new and replacement taps, new central heating control system etc.) and it was all completed on time and to a very high standard. WTS plumbing made two attempts to unblock my kitchen sink. The first attempt was only semi successful and problems emerged a month later, so I requested they come back and look again. They came back, same day of my request, free of charge - and successfully unblocked the sink. They managed to remove a large metal object this time, fixing the sink permanently. I was very happy with the customer service and dedication to fully fixing the problem.

We are so impressed with WTS. Not only did they do a superb job in fitting the new boiler 3 years ago but they came up with an imaginative way to solve a hidden problem and promptly dealt with it on a weekend. The price for the job was also competitive and we were really happy to get value for money. Subsequently, we have had the annual service and it’s so good to see Carl and latterly Sam. Both are friendly and professional. We would highly recommend WTS.

It's refreshing to be able to speak or email to someone in an office as opposed to a sole trader who doesn't answer his/her mobile. They not only came but did so after reprioritising other jobs as they felt it urgent. I don't even bother seeking help from anywhere else now.
