After a previous contractor left our bathroom in a dangerous, unfinished state, it caused huge stress for our household, especially for my husband with combat‑related PTSD. WTS Heating Plumbing Ltd came to our rescue. Sam, Harry and Luke immediately understood the situation and put everything right with professionalism and care. The bath, shower, panels, lighting and extractor were all expertly installed, and Suzie kept us informed throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. We’re delighted with the results and would not hesitate to use WTS again. Fully recommended.

Having searched in vain for a reliable plumber for years, we were over the moon in late December when Carl returned my message within 5 minutes. From that moment on we were treated with total professionalism, outstanding customer service and a real willingness to go the extra mile. Whether it was Carl ensuring that Sam would turn up with the right parts, Suzie ensuring we knew exactly when Sam was due to arrive, or the fabulous Sam exceeding all of our expectations, nothing was too much trouble. First class service and communication throughout the process. The issue was more complicated than originally thought but despite multiple visits from different people the service from Carl and Susie (in the office) was exemplary. Carl really knows his stuff and could not recommend them more highly.

Very noisy and clearly struggling central heating. Issue diagnosed as a blocked air separator and sludge. WTS responded promptly with an acceptable quote and accommodated the job before Christmas too. The work on the day was carried out with the minimum of disruption, care was taken to explain the work and the work area was well protected. All working very well since. A splendid job, thank you.

WTS carried out a range of plumbing and central heating work for us recently (new and replacement taps, new central heating control system etc.) and it was all completed on time and to a very high standard.
