Replaced leaking mixer tap in the kitchen. Asked if he could arrive early as he had a busy day ahead, which was fine by me, so turned up at 8.30 am. Explained each step along the way, showed me what he was doing and why, and completed the job satisfactorily. Now we have a new tap which is better than the old one and the whole set up has been improved. Brilliant. Now I’d better get on with the washing up…!

I had two jobs that needed doing, my old shower finally broke and needed replacing and the bath waste pipe had developed a leak. The original shower had been poorly installed, and it was necessary to remove shower tiles to access the pipework, to cut and install new pipework. This required tracking down suitable tiles as replacements. Initially it was feared that it could take several days to wait for the tiles to set, but an effective workaround was found. Mr Hagan and his son worked tirelessly all day to get thew work completed. I am very grateful and happy with the workmanship.

Phil rang me to clarify what my problem was. After explaining the issue he said that he thought he knew what the problem was. When I said that the problem was urgent he said he would be over as soon a she could. He was in Manchester at the time but he left and drove to my address. Once he arrived he looked at the job and told me exactly what the problem was and the cost to fix it, which I thought was very reasonable. He went to get the parts and came back and fixed the problem he explained everything to me as he was completing the job. I would definitely use him again if the need arose.
