  Bathroom refit

  We engaged Mark and his team to refit our bathroom. We are delighted with the finished product. All of the work was carried out to a very high standard. All of the team were polite and professional. However there were numerous errors (some of which were unavoidable) during the course of the fitting which extended the timescale quite considerably. All of these errors were resolved to our satisfaction.

  Bathroom fitting

  Mark did not communicate, the job went from a timescale of 5-10 days to 15-25. It took them a month to complete due to incorrect communication shared to flooring fitters and tilers. Every issue presented to Mark was returned with a defensive demeanour. Mark promised they could do anything on the job but we had to leave out items as he was more focused on other jobs. I had sent a message about a leak in the shower and loss of pressure which was read and ignored by him, plus multiple days of no shows. The process was an inconvenience, now I will need to find someone else to rectify the work.

  I'm sorry you feel that way, we aim to please. I feel that my team works well together to get the job done. But as original plans change and design it adds time on the job. As I we try to accommodate these requests.

  Toilet work

  Got a reasonable offer for a downstair toilet work, said it will take maximum 4 or 5 days, started the work one day late and when the work was about finish transferred all the amount as requested but still the toilet could not use it, tried to contact the person and he said he will resolve it , he came and did something and gone without resolving the problem. when I tried to contact the person via phone call, email and text message he keep promising me that he will come and sort the issues no one comes.total waste of my time, money and my space. Totally disappointed and would never recommend.

  Full Bathroom re-fit

  Mark was fantastic from the start , very quick response and communication throughout, popped in first to assess the work required, adviced and explained, all completed within the time agreed, great looking bathroom and good quality furniture and fittings. Would definitely recommend!

  Fully fitted bathroom replacement

  Love my new bathroom, cannot fault the fitters attention to detail would highly recommend! Turned up on time every day until job was complete and left the place spotless! Thank you so much, would definitely use Wrights again.

  Professional from start to finish. Precise finish on all fittings, couldn't be happier with the service. Great price and thorough job. Attention to detail was excellent. Would definitely recommend wright bathrooms, and use again in the future.
