I wss really nervous after being left in a terrible place with my previous bathtoon supplier. Mark and his team were excellent. The result is of a high standard, he listened and took the time to go through things properly. The team completed the job exactly how I wanted, were polite and tidied up fully afterwards. There was a real genuine desire to do the job well. I'm really happy with the end result and would recommend Mark and his team fully.

Don’t hesitate for a second - book Mark and you will not be disappointed. He is immediately engaging,friendly, informative and knowledgeable. And here’s the bonus: he CARES and wants his client to be totally happy….which I am! His team are in his image….conscientious and they really work hard , it was a pleasure to have their company for a few days. Mark prices his jobs very reasonably indeed and goes above and beyond to give his customers the exact result they need. He’s a star.

He told me he would send a quotation for the job and then just ghosted me. Won't even reply my texts with at least an apology. Very unprofessional.

We were having our bathroom renovated and the previous bathroom fitter left the bathroom in a terrible state. Wright bathrooms were able to carry the work out at short notice. The workmanship is of an exceptional standard. Wright bathrooms made every effort to complete the bathroom to how we wanted the bathroom. Work was carried out efficiently and in a timely manner. I was assured that the bathroom would be completed to a high standard and Mark kept his word. We are very happy with our new bathroom. Thank you Mark and his team.

Wright Bathrooms Ltd responded quickly and returned to address the issue. They carried out the work professionally and everything looks much better now.
