Mark did not communicate, the job went from a timescale of 5-10 days to 15-25. It took them a month to complete due to incorrect communication shared to flooring fitters and tilers. Every issue presented to Mark was returned with a defensive demeanour. Mark promised they could do anything on the job but we had to leave out items as he was more focused on other jobs. I had sent a message about a leak in the shower and loss of pressure which was read and ignored by him, plus multiple days of no shows.
The process was an inconvenience, now I will need to find someone else to rectify the work.

I feel that my team works well together to get the job done. But as original plans change and design it adds time on the job. As I we try to accommodate these requests.
