  LVT polyflooring fitting (not bathroom)

  Very friendly, chatty and made me feel at ease. We discussed what flooring was best and he answered all my "silly" questions as I run a business from home and needed to know floor would be hard-wearing etc. Floor was fitted whilst we were away so no disruptions. I trusted them to be in the house whilst away. Fitting was very good. I did have them back just to amend a few bits, this was no issue, they came back and changed bits to suit our needs and also gave advice for other floors in the house. Communication amazing all the way through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

  Grab rails fitted in the shower compartment.

  A 95 year old man who is blind required two grab rails (already purchased by the customer) to be fitted in the shower compartment. Jay himself dealt with the matter and fitted them. His communication beforehand was excellent, and he arrived promptly on the day. He was very courteous towards the elderly gentleman and allowed him to assist in the positioning of the grab rails. He completed the job very quickly and efficiently and cleared up the mess afterwards. As a gesture of goodwill on the part of the company he did not charge for this small job. We would highly recommend this company.
