We have been very impressed by the attitude and hard work of Jay and Jaime and the electricians who had to tackle numerous unexpected problems during the process of re-fitting our bathroom. These included plaster falling away with original tiles, illegal electrics and rotten floorboards. The work has been completed to a high standard.

My parents are conveying bath to a wet room ! Jay of WOW tiles removed the old tiles reworded & levels the wall prior to tile install . Stair carpet was protected, the install was fast & to the highest standard I’ve seen, if you want professional ,high standards with great communication look no further

After being left in the lurch by a plumber who replaced a cracked shower tray then told me he didn't replace the glass screen or doing mastic I was literally at the end if my tether.unable to use my shower for a week and being disabled I needed to get this work done and quick...so I contacted Jay .I sent him a video on the Friday evening and he arranged for Dan to do the job over the weekend...he came round Saturday evening to see what needed to be done then again on Sunday morning...it was job done and there was no charge...I agreed to donate to a charity of Jay's choice and am happy to do so

Jaime, Dan and the gang have done a quick but great quality job on our full bathroom reno..last minute plans to refit the floor was no trouble to the gang. Jaime was always at the end of the phone and replied back straight away at all hours of the day. Truly committed to the business which shows professional quality work in every aspect of communication to fitting..will definitely be getting them back in for future renovation work

Wow! We are so pleased with the transformation and Jay’s attention to detail is incredible. This is a tradesman on steroids. We’ll be using Jay in the future for our kitchen upgrade and frankly any other work we have, Jay will be asked first. Great job. NN108EW

Unfortunately, our experience with WowTilling for our bathroom renovation was deeply negative and costly. The owner's claims of having an experienced team were false, and the work was performed by an inexperienced apprentice and subcontractors he openly criticized. The on-site professionalism and communication were appalling, with rudeness and aggressive late-night texts. We cannot recommend this company and strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere to avoid significant financial and emotional distress.
