Very impressed with the service from the initial phone contact to having a new radiator installed. The plumber arrived at the agreed time, explained everything, worked with minimal disruption and the quality of the work was great. The room was left in a better condition than he found it! Easy to make an appointment by phone. Appointment confirmed by email between 0800 -1200hrs. Engineer arrived at 8.05am. He was friendly and professional. Work carried out without any mess.
