First class experience. Boiler had a gas leak from pipework. Child under 2 at home so wanted quick turnaround. Called in the evening and booken in by Emily. Engineer arrived at 08:00 next day. Response time to completion by engineer Will was under an hour. Cost couldn't be beaten. Highly recommend Woodhouse. Happy customer.

Woodhouse do my annual boiler service so I had no hesitation in asking them to retro fit a Hive thermostat to my gas boiler. As always the engineer arrived at the allotted time, completed the work and explained to me how to operate the Hive through my mobile phone and room thermostat, tidied up after himself and left with the minimum of fuss. A job well done.

I would highly recommend using this company. Their communication was excellent. They were reliable and efficient. They had all the parts they needed to repair the shower and the correct grout colour. They arrived on time, two friendly lovely men, completed the repair professionally and with care, and cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I will definitely be using them again.
