  Replacement of damaged socket backbox

  Great communication from Will, even moving the appointment to an earlier slot when he had a gap. Everything all repaired, well fitted, tidy, and sorted in under 30 minutes.

  William gave a good qoute for the electric work i needed do as I was upgrading my kitchen. The quote was done the same night and I accepted the quote. His work is to a very high standard tide in his work . Turns up when he says he going zo be they. Over all very please with his work i have the rest of the property to do and I hope his free to complete the rest of the rewire

  Piv unit for condensation

  William Arrived on time and put in a piv unit in the loft and hall was very knowledgeable on piv units and he recommended one which is the one he installed. Also he put in a vent axia extractor fan in the bathroom and sorted kitchen lights and kitchen extractor fan for me. His price was reasonable and his workmanship And attention to detail were excellent. He tidied up as he went and I would have no hesitation in recommending him of his work. I will be having him back to other work for me. Very pleased with what he did for me Thankyou William

  Electrical callout

  William attended a callout on Wednesday to investigate why our electricity kept tripping, and put a temporary fix in place. We arranged for him to come back on Thursday, but due to late timings and personal commitments we then agreed for him to come back on Friday. Unfortunately, he didn’t reply to my texts to confirm the time nor did he show up. He also didn’t contact me afterwards to communicate why he didn’t arrive. This left us searching around on the weekend for someone to come and fix our electricity. It’s such a shame because our first appointment went so well.

  I attended the call out to assist with getting the lights back on but after investigation it was the sockets causing the RCD to trip. Unfortunately due to childcare commitments, I wasn't available at the times this customer was and mentioned how busy I was. The customer also advertised for another electrician on Facebook before I could rearrange

  William changed our electrical consumer unit - he was punctual and polite and did a good job. I wouldn't hesitate to use again for future electrical work.
