Responded very quickly on emergency phone call for trips fault, came the same day and supposedly found the problem. We agreed to send the quote for a follow up repair, disconnected all lighting on the top floor in our bedroom for a safety and supposed to come next day to fix it. Unfortunately since has not responded to my phone calls or messages, simply disappeared. We left in a very discomfort situation with no lights on the whole floor and no shower available for my disabled cancer patient husband.

I am sorry you feel this way but it was expressed at the time how busy I am and was able to assist with finding the fault as was in the area that day.
This ensured that the RCD no longer tripped and sockets would work etc at the time of leaving it was mentioned about not being able to come back in the requested time frame
I'll apologise for the inconvenience but did help with the fault and power was back on
