William attended a callout on Wednesday to investigate why our electricity kept tripping, and put a temporary fix in place. We arranged for him to come back on Thursday, but due to late timings and personal commitments we then agreed for him to come back on Friday. Unfortunately, he didn’t reply to my texts to confirm the time nor did he show up. He also didn’t contact me afterwards to communicate why he didn’t arrive. This left us searching around on the weekend for someone to come and fix our electricity. It’s such a shame because our first appointment went so well.

I attended the call out to assist with getting the lights back on but after investigation it was the sockets causing the RCD to trip.
Unfortunately due to childcare commitments, I wasn't available at the times this customer was and mentioned how busy I was.
The customer also advertised for another electrician on Facebook before I could rearrange
