  They responded with a text within 10 minutes and came the following day to carry out the repair. I was given a two hour window and he called to say he was on his way. He was very polite and carried out an investigation and then a repair. He explained what the problem had been and requested that I text him in the evening to confirm with him that the appliance was working efficiently. I would recommend and use this company again

  Excellent fridge repair

  Called Aleks at the weekend for an issue with fridge ice maker. Parts ordered and repaired 3 days later! Can only recommend, I won’t waste time looking for alternative appliance repairers again, will come straight to Wizefix. Many thanks

  Alex responded quickly to my request. Kept me informed when he was running late, but still turned up in the original time window. He was polite, got straight to work and fixed my oven quickly without fuss or mess.
