  They responded with a text within 10 minutes and came the following day to carry out the repair. I was given a two hour window and he called to say he was on his way. He was very polite and carried out an investigation and then a repair. He explained what the problem had been and requested that I text him in the evening to confirm with him that the appliance was working efficiently. I would recommend and use this company again

  Excellent fridge repair

  Called Aleks at the weekend for an issue with fridge ice maker. Parts ordered and repaired 3 days later! Can only recommend, I won’t waste time looking for alternative appliance repairers again, will come straight to Wizefix. Many thanks
