Arrived promptly. Assessed problem and informed me of plan. Unfortunately required 2 further visits to fit defective parts but completed successfully. Alek was polite and precise.

Alex was helpful, professional and came out several times to try to fix our fridge freezer. He tried several fixes which didn't work and was ultimately unable to repair our appliance so we are still stuck.

They responded with a text within 10 minutes and came the following day to carry out the repair. I was given a two hour window and he called to say he was on his way. He was very polite and carried out an investigation and then a repair. He explained what the problem had been and requested that I text him in the evening to confirm with him that the appliance was working efficiently. I would recommend and use this company again
