Lee came round on the same day my shower broke. Unfortunately the new shower had a manufacturer's fault, but Lee came back out and rearranged to put another new shower in first thing the next morning. Lee was a star!! Great comms and good price agreed. Arrived on time and tolerated my mad labrador! 2 new taps fitted to 10m plastic pipes with minimal hassle. Sorted new inline valves too! Lee and his partner did a great job carrying out valve replacements on two toilets. He communicated well, arrived when he said he would and was clean, tidy and professional throughout. The job was on the smaller side, but Lee had no problem scheduling the work in. Lee was brilliant from start to finish. My old shower was leaking quite substantially - which made me panic. I contacted Lee who was able to give me a couple of options. A quote was sent over really quickly which was reasonable and accepted. The work was booked in at a convenient time, it was so easy - which was a relief! Lee arrived at the time agreed, was really polite, helpful and tidy (no mess was left) he installed a new shower (as per quote).
