Very helpful in trying to locate any leak as reported by Anglian Water. Though they had undertaken a major repair at the meter a year ago, they thought the leak was in pipework beyond the meter. Lee was certain the keak was back at the meter. Anglian water returned to look again and agreed there was a leak, which they have since mended at no cost to me. Thanks to Lee for his advice and responding promptly to messages

I cannot praise Lee highly enough. He visited the house in February during the freezing weeks of this year when our radiators were either not working or providing little heat. Lee discussed the options and the pros and cons of each and the timescales involved. We decided to replace the old radiators and Lee worked tirelessly and with good humour whilst working in temperatures where you could see your own breath. Six radiators were replaced and the system throughly cleaned and checked before sign off. We have full confidence in Lee and would call on him again for any future work.

We had two bathroom refits and the results were better than we had imagined. Every detail was checked before completed and the results were amazing. We have been waiting to refit for years but now we have had them competed professionally we couldn’t be happier with the results. They are a pleasure to use and perfect for our needs now and in the future. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lee to friends and family as thrilled with the perfect job made of our bathrooms.
