We hired Lee to refurbish my dad’s wet room. From the word go he was communicative, trustworthy, professional, friendly and patient - especially since it was a disabled wet room but we wanted it to look as far away from clinical as possible. He was so supportive of us making an aesthetically beautiful yet functional space - and myself, my wife and, most importantly, my dad are beyond thrilled! It is exquisite. Very speedy response on the check a trade platform, managed to provide a quick quotation for the works and availability stating that an engineer could come over to repair the leak on the same wee. The engineer came, was very professional and explained the solution and thoroughly tested. Very satisfied customer and will highly recommend for any future works.
