Mark was exceptionally helpful in resolving a persistent issue with a tripped switch—something that previous electricians had been unable to diagnose. Not only did he successfully identify the source of the problem, but he also went above and beyond by removing the integrated dishwasher to access the faulty plug and fully resolve the issue. His thoroughness and dedication made a real difference.

He arrived promptly, was courteous throughout, and took great care to ensure the work was completed safely and to a high standard.
