Supplied and fitted light in kitchen ceiling.

Contacted Mark about installing electric underfloor heating. Communication quickly became very unprofessional. After I sent a simple “Hello?” while waiting for a reply, he accused me of being rude and claimed I had written “Are you there or not”, which I never did. Even after I asked him to check the messages, he continued insisting I had said something else. The tone became aggressive (all caps messages, “find someone else”, “we don’t need work”). Very strange and unnecessarily confrontational interaction. I would not feel comfortable hiring someone who communicates with customers like this.

Very helpful, kept me up to date with all areas Iof progress. Reasonably priced & quick to get the works done. Mark also kept the place clean and tidy which was definitely a bonus. Thank you

Small electric work

Used mark on a number of my projects now, always on time and professional will carry on using him as always does a great job!!

Mark attended our warehouse to fix an emergency/same day electrical issue as our power was completely out. He arrived quickly and got us back up and running in no time. He was also very polite & professional. We will be using Mark for any further electrical faults and would highyl recommend him to anyone else. Thanks Mark
