  Excellent with a big after service but!

  Very good at communication prior to job, good installation, however since then been trying to get hold of them to sort out small problems..... complete radio silence. A company is only as good as how it sorts problems no matter how small, starting to wonder what's going on. Currently very disappointed as they seem so good on so many aspects of the job hopefully that will change. Jury out on whether to recommend them until we see if they contact us.

  Top job replacing windows and a sliding patio door with a new wall / window

  Windsor Windows replaced two windows as well as removed a sliding patio door and replaced it with a window and new low wall below the new window (contracted in builders to build a new wall in the gap). So pleased with the whole outcome from the window fitters, the builders and plasterer. Really could not have asked for a better job fitting the three windows to a fantastic standard, and it was certainly not a simple job. All the windows look great inside as well as out, and they put a lot of effort into custom cutting the trims for best results. Would highly recommend Windsor Windows.

  Good price, and job well done

  While searching for a company to replace some windows we came across Windsor. We had tried 3 other companies, one quoted a ridiculous price, and another said that the quote from Windsor was less than they would charge for setting up the scaffolding! The workmen came, put down dust sheets everywhere, set up scaffold (inside- we have a high ceiling, and the windows were like skylights) removed the old windows, replaced with new, and tidied up. Courteous and efficient. A very pleasing job well done. Since then we have had them back to replace an old patio door.

  Really good - I wanted a specific type of door I’d seen online and saw that Windsor Windows were a supplier. All went smoothly, in good time and for a very competitive price - my new front door looks fab! :)

  We were recommended Windsor Windows by a friend and were impressed with them straight away. They were able to work within the tight timescales we had and were great at communicating throughout. We are really pleased with our new windows and would recommend the company.
