Our requirement was quite specific in terms of replacing the original 100 year old windows whilst maintaining the character of the house. We consulted with Stuart at the showroom and was comfortable that the guidance he was giving us was based on years of experience and expertise. The final result has exceeded all our expectations! Not only that but the installers were incredibly accommodating and willing to go the extra mile, so a special thank you to Lee and Pete.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Stuart measured 6 faulty double glazed units and pointed out that safety glass had not been installed in 2 which was a requirement in a new build property! The replacement units were fitted by a father and son team taking care to ensure we were happy with the quality of workmanship and clearing up when done. Competitive pricing and excellent support from Emma in the Service Department. Highly recommended.

Called Windsor Windows after a break in. They had originally fitted the window and knew dimensions required . The office promptly provided a quote . Once accepted they acted quickly to secure the house once again . Process would have been quicker if we didn’t have to wait for insurance to agree ! Many thanks to them for resolving this issue

Windsor Windows installed a composite front door for us in 2017. This had developed some cracks. I contacted Windsor Windows and supplied photos and they came and provided a replacement under warranty. Communication was quick and easy and the job was done tidily on the day. A pleasant experience!

Every aspect of our dealings with Windsor Windows was very positive. From the very first visit to their showroom to the measurements and then fitting we found all staff to be friendly, efficient and communicative throughout. We would definitely recommend.
