The whole experience with Windowplan has been incredibly smooth. David was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and made some very detailed sketches with measurements. He recommended some additional brickwork at the bottom of a window. Ian the fitter was excellent. He worked very hard over 3 days ensuring that everything was perfect. The fit and finish of the windows and the new surroundings woodwork is excellent. Ian went above and beyond what I expected. The sales man was very informative and open and the fitter was very thorough and cleaned up well. I did have to chase the survey, which they rectified the same day.
