Very good windows, good price and well fitted

David attended to quote and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was competitive. Communication between quote and installation was good, some small issues with the paperwork were sorted quickly and efficiently. Generally very quick responses from office in relation to queries. Mark who completed the installation was very tidy and respectable whilst in the house. Excellent finish and clean lines. A couple of small imperfections in the glass but as soon as Windowplan were made aware they arranged for replacement without issue or argument. Overall very impressed and would recommend.

Very please with everything. What I want with any trade is a good product and good fitters, we got both. The windows were replacing old PVC ones and are a big improvement, much better insulation and operation. The fitters were very clean, polite and hard working. They did an excellent job and worked round us to get the job done, they were friendly and professional. Totally satisfied.

We chose WindowPlan based on multiple positive reviews and were not disappointed. From planning to fitting, all the staff have been helpful, polite and informative, able to give advice and tolerant of our changes along the way. There was no high-pressure selling, and the process has been very smooth. It was great to have a fitter (Ian) who was considerate, skilled and who quietly and efficiently sorted out any niggles without any extra charges - an excellent ambassador for the company. The whole process was less painful than feared, with better-than-expected results.

David, came round promptly and gave us our initial quote and that was sent to us by email that day albeit a Friday. Monday we replied and paid the deposit and 10 days later Graham (the fitter) arrives to the fit the windows. Graham arrived early and knocked on the door bang on 8am which was great as that was the time we were booked in for. He was very knowledgeable, professional and gave us good tips on how to keep our new windows in tiptop shape. Overall the experience from start to finish was amazing.

WindowPlan recently installed three windows and front door to our complete satisfaction. Two of the windows were of bay design and it took some time working with WindowPlan to get the right design. The installation ( by Ian ) did find a couple of problems not planned for but these were resolved without too much difficulty.
