Great experience, quickly out to quote and fitted in good time, great workmanship and all done in a day, brilliant

I had a very good experience with this company. From the start to seeking a quote up to the time of installation the work has been carried out promptly. The fitter was polite and tidy. I am pleased with the work carried out and the windows. I would recommend this company.

We have just had all of the windows in our bungalow replaced by Windowplan. This is our second installation, the first some 35years ago! at which time the Tony the current MD carried out the installation. The windows have served the test of time and now needed renewal . From quote to installation our requirements were met in full and our fitter Ian worked tirelessly to complete the installation with minimal disruption , paying great attention to detail . Many thanks to Ian. We are very pleased with the finished product which has improved the thermal and sound efficiency in the property

Very good windows, good price and well fitted

David attended to quote and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Price was competitive. Communication between quote and installation was good, some small issues with the paperwork were sorted quickly and efficiently. Generally very quick responses from office in relation to queries. Mark who completed the installation was very tidy and respectable whilst in the house. Excellent finish and clean lines. A couple of small imperfections in the glass but as soon as Windowplan were made aware they arranged for replacement without issue or argument. Overall very impressed and would recommend.

Very please with everything. What I want with any trade is a good product and good fitters, we got both. The windows were replacing old PVC ones and are a big improvement, much better insulation and operation. The fitters were very clean, polite and hard working. They did an excellent job and worked round us to get the job done, they were friendly and professional. Totally satisfied.
