Would highly recommend this company. Very professional and not heavy sales push which appealed to me. Ian did a brilliant job of my small porch and I can't praise this hard working man enough. Absolutely first class job. I don't often do reviews but felt on this occasion would as so very pleased with it.

Cannot praise the service we received highly enough. Went on recommendation from friend in building trade and wasn't disappointed. Sales were excellent. Helpful, informative but never pushy. Installation by Ian was superb. What a nice, respectful and skillfull craftsman. Nothing was too much trouble. The doors are exactly what we wanted and we are very pleased with them. Following fitting I wanted an extra bit of trim fitting which they organised and completed without any quibble. Nicole in finance never pushed for paymentand was happy to wait until we were completely happy with job.

The whole experience with Windowplan has been incredibly smooth. David was very helpful in making sure I got exactly what I wanted. The surveyor was very knowledgeable and made some very detailed sketches with measurements. He recommended some additional brickwork at the bottom of a window. Ian the fitter was excellent. He worked very hard over 3 days ensuring that everything was perfect. The fit and finish of the windows and the new surroundings woodwork is excellent. Ian went above and beyond what I expected. Overall 10/10 and I would recommend to anyone without hesitation.

From first booking a sales visit to survey to installation was all quite quick. The new doors & windows look and feel good. Ian the installer was excellent, dust sheeting everything and made sure all waste was removed.

The sales man was very informative and open and the fitter was very thorough and cleaned up well. I did have to chase the survey, which they rectified the same day. Overall a very professional service and much better value than other quotes I had.
