  Excellent service and high level of customer care from start to finish. Received a timely response for quote and completion of work to replace a misty window pane. Kept informed of the process at all stages via text message. Polite and friendly member of staff who undertook the work cleanly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again.

  Great customer service, Adam arrived on time for both visits...we explained what we thought the problems were...after checking himself turned out it wasn't as bad as we thought and we accepted a very reasonable quote for work. Adam arrived back a week later to replace double glazed unit in bay window, fit new seal to back door and re adjust locking keeps to front as well as giving them a full service..... can't fault them. 10,/10
