Paul , arrived looked at the issue of the door not locking, he sorted out by taking the glass panel off and reinstalling it correctly, Paul was very personal and professional and I would recommend him and Window Geeks as this is the 2nd time we have used them and on both occasions we have been delighted.

Our daughters' bedroom was locked shut and wouldn't open. He had it fixed really quickly with a new handle and lock. Arrived on time, polite. Cannot fault the service. 5*

Had to call over a front door lock that was not operating correctly,this was after they had fitted a new door handle. As previously my call was dealt with efficiently and politely by the staff member on the phone. She said I would be called back later with an appointment. This they did and an appointment made for next day. The engineer who called understood exactly my concerns and after trying everything he could and explaining my options I decided the safest option was to replace the barrel. This was done and have been trouble free since. Great company and great staff. Would highly recommend.

It's difficult to find a reliable tradespeople these days but Geeks were excellent. Very professional and kept me informed of date of installation

I cannot thank Window Geeks enough. I have previously used them so I recommend to my mum. Her conservatory door handle was sticking and hard to open with the key. Anthony was amazing. Very respectful. Polite and friendly. Anthony was professional throughout . Great service and good price. Would definitely recommend WINDOW GEEKS
