I'm a returning customer. We first met Grant at the beginning of 2022 when he installed new windows downstairs in the front room and kitchen. We were so pleased with his work that this autumn, we asked him to replace the three windows upstairs without even shopping around. Once again, the work was conducted to high standards. Being so reliable, we recommended Grant to our neighbour, and they were also very pleased. Grant came to repair a patio door that was never installed properly and over time was getting worse. Just by looking at it he spotted the problem which was down to it not being installed correctly the first time. Explained exactly what the issue was and how he would repair it. Made a number of adjustments and checked everything was working as it should be and that I was happy with how it closed and locked. Really happy with the work done and that Grant was able to fix something that even the company that sold and installed the doors didn’t know how to. Hi all, my name is Grant from Faversham, and I have worked in the double-glazing industry now for 24years on both residential and commercial sites mainly fitting upvc and aluminum windows and doors. I have been running my company Window fix for the last 12 years and take pride in offering good customer service and value for money be it a small window repair or fitting a whole house of new windows and doors - the job will be handled smoothly and efficiently from start to finish.
