We had a faulty window lock. Grant was recommended to us and didn't disappoint. He was polite, punctual and efficient, replacing the seized mechanism. No fuss. We'll definitely use him again.

tldr - get Grant. Grant was extremely communicative from the moment I reached out to him. he gave me the best quote and offered the best services (unlike many who told me I need a new door without even seeing it). came over as said, even updated me about his 10 minute delay due to traffic! the door was not easy to fix but he saw through and made sure I can easily lock it, and now I have 12 month cover if there's anything wrong with it. I already reccomend him to my father in law.
