    Great job from Richard, quick in original response, let me know when he was on his way and did replacement really quickly, even suggesting a quick repair rather than total replacement of one thing- which other trades decided not to suggest. So overall great job 10/10. Would us again.

    Investigation on cause of 2 leaks from upstairs bathroom and fix

    Richard was great. Kept me updated on when he would be able to get here and then managed to source the problems causing 2 leaks (different sources) from our upstairs bathroom into the kitchen. He replaced parts that were available and advised us on what we needed to fix the damage and how to go about fitting. Great job and am so relieved to have the issue resolved.

    Waste pipe repair

    Richard kept good communication prior to his visit, updating me with an ETA and gave me a quote prior to the works. The work was carried out efficiently and to an excellent standard. Would 100% recommend and get in touch with him again if I need any more work done. Photos are of before and after.

    Fix leaking toilet

    Richard came round promptly and fixed the issue with no issues whilst upgrading some of the toilet parts. Was within an acceptable price range from his original quote; not having sighted the issue so happy with outcome.
