Richard got back to my query very quickly and offered to come and fit my new kitchen tap on the next working day. Polite and kept me up to date with arrival time and did a great and efficient job at fitting my new kitchen tap will definitely use again

Richard got back to my query within a few minutes and was able to fit me in the next day. He knew what the issue was straight away and fixed it quickly with no issues. Everything seems to be working as normal now. Richard was very friendly & reasonably priced - I would happily contact him again in the future.

Richard was very helpful from the very start, requested pictures of the issue so he could ensure that he had the correct parts at the time of the attendance.
