I couldn’t be happier with the service provided. From start to finish, Richard was extremely reliable and punctual—arriving exactly when promised. Communication was clear throughout the entire process, and I always felt informed about what was being done. The quality of the work was outstanding, and everything was left clean and tidy afterward, which I really appreciated. It’s not easy finding tradespeople who tick all the boxes, but Richard certainly did. Highly recommended!

Richard responded quickly and kept me updated with his arrival time. He managed to repair my leaking shower waste. He was knowledgeable, gave me some good advice and left the area clean and tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I contacted about three plumbers to come fix my toilet. Richard was the only one who asked for pics and said he’d be over a couple of days later. True to his word, he was here on time, a very pleasant man, did what he came to do with a chat and a smile. Very clean and tidy work. Helped me with another little job and gave me advice on a couple of others. I will most definitely recommend Richard and will most certainly keep his number too.
