  Finally Found a Plumber I Can Trust

  I recently had my Baxi boiler serviced by Sam after using a different plumber for years, and I honestly wish I had found him sooner. It quickly became clear that my previous engineer had only been carrying out partial services rather than a proper full boiler service. Sam was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to show me what had and hadn’t been done before. The whole experience was professional from start to finish — punctual, tidy, knowledgeable, and very transparent. I’ll definitely be using him again for future work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him

  Sam did a great job. He ran into a couple of issues that extended the time-line and made it more difficult, but he was determined to overcome them and complete the job to the standard we and he expected to achieve; he was resilient and very professional and we will definitely employ his services again when needed. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending him.

  Boiler fixed

  Sam did a wonderful job diagnosing and fixing a system boiler issue as it kept losing pressure. Also fairly priced. We’ll book him again.
